Introducing our Ultimate Bacon

Our Ultimate bacon is our finest bacon yet. It’s crafted from free-range 100% New Zealand pork selected and sourced from one farm, Highgrounds Farm in South Canterbury. Traditionally dry-cured and manuka-smoked, we add no water, so there’s only minimal natural shrinkage when you cook it. A versatile and delicious treat, savour the divine flavour and silky texture of Harrington’s Ultimate bacon. All our bacon is guaranteed gluten-free.

What makes our specialties special.

The best black pudding you can eat was one of our first products and is still made using our original Irish-inspired recipe.
