Delivery Information
We currently deliver to the following Wellington Regions, north to Waikanae and Upper Hutt. Within this region we do not deliver to rural areas, Eastbourne and Wainuiomata.
However, we are working on our delivery so watch this space for deliveries to more areas soon.
Deliveries are made on Wednesday and Friday weekly.
Orders placed by
- Midnight Sunday will be dispatched and delivered on Wednesday.
- Midnight Wednesday will be dispatched and delivered on Friday (Excluding Public Holidays
Food safety
As many of our fresh products are made to order, and all products must remain chilled. Our products are delivered by refrigerated truck and packed in a cardboard box with a frozen slicker pad and can sit for up to two hours at room temp after they are delivered. When received they should be put in the fridge immediately.
While we make every effort to deliver as per the agreed timetable the unpredictable nature of order volumes around this time may mean at times, we are unable to deliver as per our agreed timelines. Where possible we will communicate the delays in delivery, but we do ask for your patience and understanding.
If you have not received your order by 4:00 pm on the due day please contact our helpful team at online@harringtonsmallgoods.co.nz, The most likely response will be your consignment will be delivered the next day.
Our deliveries comply with the Government’s Covid 19 guidelines applicable on the day of delivery. Currently, our delivery team will knock or ring your door bell, place the goods on your door step and stand back. They will record your verbal acceptance of the goods as “proof of delivery”, or if you are unable to answer the door, record that the goods have been delivered.
Delivery Cost
Deliveries to the Wellington Region are $8.00 (incl GST).
Refund policy
If your order has not been delivered or you’re not happy with your order, please contact us at orders@harringtonsmallgoods.co.nz or ring (04) 3806437. You must notify Harrington’s Small Goods Ltd by phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made.
We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to 3 days to process the refund to your nominated account. Most importantly, we cannot refund if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.
If we ask you to ship back the goods, please use the address provided below.
Please pack the item/items securely in the Chill Container. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.

At Harrington’s we have taken steps to ensure we comply with guidelines from The Ministry of Business and Employment, Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Primary Industries.
The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is paramount to us. We have developed policies and procedures and we will not undertake any actions that will compromise this safety.
